Fees 2007

Jo charges a single inclusive fee that covers all telephone consultations as well as follow-up email and telephone support to resolve a specific problem. This fee is £145 and you may pay by debit or credit card at the end of the first session.

Jo is sufficiently confident in her work to say that if after two sessions and discussion with her you feel that you have not benefited — or if at any time she feels that her work is not the best solution for you — she will offer a full refund.

It is always difficult to set a single fee that works for everyone. In recognition of this please tell Jo if, for example, you are a student or working for a minimum wage in the equine industry, or in a similar financial situation. You may be able to agree a special arrangement.

Jo also sees clients 'in person' at Leicester Sports Medicine Cinic. These sessions are booked for up to 3 hours and the standard fee for one clinic session together with follow-up telephone sessions and emails is £225. Again there may be some occasions where special rates can be negotiated. If after the session and after email/telephone follow-up you feel that you have not benefited Jo will refund £145.

Missed appointments

If you have to cancel or postpone an appointment please let Jo know as soon as possible.

If you cannot keep a clinic appointment please give Jo at least 24 hours notice. Fees will be payable for appointments missed without notice.

If you cannot keep a telephone appointment please contact Jo as soon as possible so that you can arrange a new time. The fee for appointments missed without notice is £50.
